I probably would not go back for anywhere near what we paid for our stay. I finally did get one email with dinner options, to which I responded and never heard back. I tried to arrange a romantic dinner prior to arrival, and could not get customer service to respond until I sent multiple emails and reached out on Facebook. Bali beds were not available as we were told. Market cafe was not open for dinner, despite what we were told. However, we did not arrive to the resort on our first day until 6PM and had to order room service because we were not allowed to dine at any of the restaurants with what he had on (we got turned away at the hostess stands). Some of the restaurants have dress codes, which is fine. Did not really have any food that was out of this world or amazing. Really no music by the pool, when they did play music for the spinning class or Zumba, people enjoyed it. After the latest event, which was usually at 9:30PM, that's it. Not really a bunch of amenities, the dance hall was not open. Vanessa and Madelyn at the swim up bar were fantastic! They really made our time by the pool fantastic and kept the drinks coming. The views were great, pool area was clean, drinks were good. Staff was the best part about this resort, they always exhibited excellent customer service and were extremely nice. Tip: Don’t miss out on the lasagna at Portofino. There’s some fun activities all day and every night is a party with live entertainment. Often times they brought us drinks to try without us asking or kept sliding our previous order when they noticed our drink was low. The pool bar staff and bartenders were amazing as well. He whipped up a specialty drink for me that I ended up sticking with through every night. My favorite bartender, Miguel Angel, is far beyond your everyday bartender. He would even find us around the resort to check in. He sent us the daily resort itinerary, helped us book all reservations and travel, and answered all our questions. It feels like you never have to wait for anything.ĭrinks are provided to you as soon as you step foot on the property at check in and you meet your own personal concierge. ![]() The ambiance is perfect, rooms are great, and service is impeccable. I don’t know if any amount of time is long enough to get tired of this place.
